RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand when you receive your Sanava J Gem in the mail, it may not be the right piece for you.
You can always exchange or return your order so long as:
The items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no scratches or blemishes), and in their original packaging. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
Free Australian & New Zealand returns.
International returns – you are responsible to cover the costs of sending your item/s back to us. (we will send your exchange out free of charge)
